Opportunity Overview

The University of Luxembourg awards 30 master's students a year the Guillaume Dupaix Excellence Scholarship of €11,258 a year for up to two years. The award is €5,629 per semester, or €11,258 a year, for the standard length of the master's of up to two years. It is open to full-time students in any master's programme at the university, in any field, except programmes with a compulsory semester or year abroad; applicants for or recipients of Luxembourg's State Financial Aid for Higher Education are not eligible. In the 2026 cycle, missing documents were due by 31 March 2026 and results were sent by 15 May 2026; the 2027 date has not yet been announced and, based on the last cycle, is expected in March.
