Eligibility & Admission Criteria
- Citizen of a non-EU country (excluding those of Romanian origin, diplomatic staff, stateless persons, and current scholarship holders in the same cycle).
- Average of at least 7 (seven) over the study years of the last graduated school, or an equivalent 'Good'.
- Bachelor: high school diploma; Master: Bachelor's degree; PhD: Master's degree plus written agreement of a doctoral tutor.
- Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy are excluded; Bachelor and Master programmes are taught in Romanian only.
- Only one application per cycle; the scholarship cannot be deferred.
