Applications are submitted exclusively online via turkiyeburslari.gov.tr:
- Create an account with an active email address.
- Complete your profile: personal info, educational records, volunteering experience, and language proficiencies.
- University preferences: Select up to 12 programmes. Diversifying cities (e.g. adding İzmir, Bursa, or Konya alongside Istanbul and Ankara) significantly improves your chances.
- Letter of Intent: Answer the targeted prompt explaining why Turkey, why your chosen degree, and how you plan to contribute upon graduation.
The Interview
