Opportunity Overview
CoCirculation3 is TÜBİTAK's MSCA COFUND programme, co-funded by the EU, that brings PhD holders of any nationality to work for 24 months at a Turkish university or research institution, with an optional 12-month extension in a non-academic organisation. It pays a €3,980 monthly salary plus a €600 family allowance, €1,000 for research, training and networking, and further allowances. Applicants must not have lived or mainly worked in Türkiye for more than 12 months in the last 36. The 2026 call runs from 3 August to 3 November 2026 for 33 researchers.
