Opportunity Overview
TIPP is a Thai government scholarship run by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) for master's study (mostly two-year courses) at leading Thai universities such as Chulalongkorn, Mahidol, Chiang Mai, Kasetsart and Thammasat. Full scholarships cover tuition, a monthly living allowance (THB 7,000) and accommodation allowance, a settlement allowance, books and thesis costs, insurance, and return airfare and visa fees. Many Arab and African countries are eligible for full support, including Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Mauritania, Djibouti, Somalia and Comoros; some countries get partial support (no airfare). Candidates must be nominated by their country's national focal point via the Royal Thai Embassy. TICA has published the 23 TIPP 2027 courses, but deadlines are still to be confirmed (TIPP 2026 closed on 23 February 2026).
