Opportunity Overview
The Eric Bleumink Fund at the University of Groningen offers fully funded fellowships to excellent students from developing countries for a one- or two-year master's programme starting in September. The fellowship covers tuition, international travel, living costs, books and health insurance. Candidates cannot apply directly: they are nominated by the Admission Office and faculty boards from among applicants who complete their master's application by 1 December and are admitted before February.

It covers 20% of tuition fees each year for the whole programme, and about 500 scholarships are offered.
