Opportunity Overview
For students admitted from 2026, the University of Turku Merit Scholarship covers 50% of the second-year tuition fee for master's students and 50% of the second- and third-year fees for bachelor's students (fees are €10,000–€12,000 a year); no scholarship covers the first year. Students qualify by completing 55 credits in year one (110 by year three for bachelor's), keeping an average of at least 3.0/5 and taking at least 4 credits of Finnish, and apply in the spring after enrolling. A €2,000 early-payment discount is available for master's students. Master's applications for 2027 run from 7 to 21 January 2027.
