Opportunity Overview

The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers scholarships to non-EU citizens for bachelor's, master's and PhD study at Romanian public universities such as the University of Bucharest, Babeș-Bolyai University and the universities of Iași. Bachelor's and master's programmes are taught in Romanian after a free preparatory language year; PhDs can be in English. The scholarship covers tuition, free dormitory accommodation and medical care, plus a monthly allowance of about €65 (bachelor's), €75 (master's) or €85 (PhD).
