About the program
Bilateral agreements between Switzerland and 15 countries, including Tunisia, allow qualified young people to work in Switzerland for up to 18 months to gain experience in their field, at local and industry-standard pay (at least entry-level wages). Applicants must find an employer themselves and sign a contract before applying for the work permit. Part-time work and self-employment are not allowed. Eligible countries: Argentina, Australia, Chile, Indonesia, Japan, Canada, Monaco, New Zealand, the Philippines, Russia, San Marino, South Africa, Tunisia, Ukraine and the USA. Apply through the competent authority in your home country; there are no fixed deadlines.

The required language proficiency is: Language of the workplace (German, French, Italian or English depending on the job). A certified test certificate is generally required for the visa application and contract signing.
The required educational qualification is: Completed vocational training (at least 2 years) or a bachelor’s degree; the job must be in the same field; usually aged 18–35. High school or university diplomas must be officially translated and certified.
