About the scholarship program
The Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program is funded by Orascom Construction, with applications managed by Amideast. It offers fully funded scholarships for Egyptian students to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees at leading universities in the United States. Scholars are chosen on merit, need and character, shown through academic excellence, extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial initiative. It is open to Egyptians only and is separate from the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development.
