Through the Omani Programme for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation, the Sultanate of Oman offers annual scholarships to students from friendly and brotherly countries for bachelor’s study at Omani higher education institutions.

Full tuition for the bachelor’s degree.
Monthly allowance
OMR 200 a month, or OMR 140 when housing is provided.

Eligibility & Admission Criteria
- National of a country included in the programme (friendly and brotherly countries), not resident in Oman; nomination through your country’s embassy or ministry.
- General secondary certificate (or equivalent) meeting the admission requirements of the chosen Omani institution; Omani equivalency may be required.
- Must start the bachelor’s in the award year (no postponement); medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, medical laboratory and education excluded.
