About the scholarship program

Stipendium Hungaricum is the Hungarian government's flagship scholarship program, allowing students from more than 90 partner countries to study free of charge at Hungarian universities at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. It usually includes a tuition waiver, a monthly stipend, a dormitory place or housing allowance and medical insurance. Students apply online and must also be nominated by the responsible authority in their home country (the sending partner).
