SlovakiaSlovak Government Scholarships
The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic (NSP) was established by the Slovak Government and is administered by the Slovak Academic Information Agency (SAIA). It funds temporary study and research stays in Slovakia and does not fund full degree studies. Students enrolled at universities outside Slovakia can stay for one or two semesters, while PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists can stay for one to ten months. The scholarship pays a monthly stipend of €620 for master's students and €1,025.50 for PhD students, with higher rates for researchers depending on experience, plus a travel grant based on distance. Citizens of any country except Slovakia may apply, with two deadlines a year: 30 April and 31 October.

TurkeyTürkiye Bursları Scholarships
Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları) is a government-funded program of the Republic of Türkiye for international students at bachelor's, master's, doctoral and research levels. It typically covers tuition, a monthly stipend, accommodation, health insurance and a flight ticket, plus a one-year Turkish language course before studies begin. Applications are submitted online through the official portal, and selection is based on academic merit and an interview.

GermanyDAAD Scholarship
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is Germany's largest scholarship provider, offering dozens of programs for international students and researchers — mainly for master's, doctoral studies and research stays. Scholarships usually include a monthly stipend, health insurance and a travel allowance, and may include support for German language courses. Requirements and deadlines differ by program, so use the scholarship database on the official DAAD website. If you already study at or have been admitted to a German university, you can also apply through it for the Deutschlandstipendium: an extra EUR 300 a month, a separate programme from DAAD.
