Eligibility & Acceptance Criteria

4 Criteria
Aimed at government officials and civil servants from partner developing countries.
No Arab country is among the 18 current partner countries, so Arab nationals are not eligible.
Example (Cambodia 2025): age 22-39, a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' work experience at the target organization. Requirements vary by country.
Sufficient English proficiency, good health, and not receiving another scholarship.
