About the Volunteer Program
weltwärts is the developmental volunteer service funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It offers youth (18-29) from the Global South 12-month fully funded volunteer placements in Germany, covering flights, accommodation, living stipend, and insurance.
