The federation of French-speaking higher education institutions in Belgium (Wallonia-Brussels Federation). Funded by Belgian development cooperation, it offers fully funded international training scholarships for professionals from 32 partner countries.

Eligibility & Admission Criteria
- Permanent resident of and working in one of the 32 ARES partner countries (Palestinian nationals are eligible wherever they live).
- A higher education diploma meeting the course's admission requirements, awarded no more than 20 years before the training starts.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in a partner country after your last diploma.
- Good command of the language of instruction (mostly French); only one training may be applied for per call.
