Indian Government Scholarship

About the scholarship program

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers annual scholarships on behalf of the Government of India to students from many countries for bachelor's, master's and doctoral study at Indian universities. The scholarship usually includes a tuition waiver, a monthly stipend and a housing allowance. Applications are made online through the official A2A portal and are processed through the Indian mission in the applicant's country.
